You may access Capital Markets documentation directly via a help button on your FIS product (where supported), or via the FIS Client Portal.
To access via the FIS Client Portal, you'll need your Entity or Client ID, username, password, and one-time pin.

FIS Employees
ALL FIS Employees have automatic access to the CM Documentation Portal—you do not need to request access. As an FIS Employee, you can access the documentation easily as follows:
Access via MyApps:
Using MyApps means that you do not have to enter your credentials to enter the site:
- Navigate to MyApps.
- On the MyApps Dashboard, look for the e-Login Dashboard icon:
3. On the E-Login Dashboard, locate the Capital Markets Documentation icon:
Attention: Some users may need to select the e-Login Dashboard option on MyApps more than once to gain access without entering their credentials. If you experience issues with MyApps, you can access e-Login here directly. You'll need your e-number, password, and FIS Authenticator one-time pin.
